Our team members come to PashtoScoop via diverse paths — we have backgrounds in journalism, literature, social media marketing, advertising, photography, blogging, and video content — and that’s on top of our design, web development, sales, marketing experience. Our selection roadmap
Here’s what you can expect once you apply for a job at PashtoScoop.
Head to our PashtoScoop careers page to view open roles. Even if you don’t meet every requirement listed in a job description that doesn’t mean we don’t want to hear from you. If you think you’d be a good fit for the job anyway, use your application to show us why! If a role isn’t currently open, we encourage you to apply for future consideration.
Our recruiting team will review your application to see if it’s a good match for the position. Regardless of the outcome, you will hear back following your application with an update on your application status.
This is an opportunity for us to get to know you and for you to learn more about us. A recruiter will reach out to schedule time to discuss the role and your interest in PashtoScoop – and communicate detailed process expectations.
At this stage of the interview process, you will have an opportunity to meet with the hiring manager and potential colleagues. Depending on the position, you may also be asked to present a take-home exercise to the team or be scheduled to meet with the leader of the department.
Hopefully, after the team debriefs, you receive an offer. If not, we always provide candidates with updates on our decision regardless of the outcome and encourage you to apply for future openings at PashtoScoop.
New Hire Onboarding
Once you’ve accepted the offer, our recruiting team will provide you with all of the information you need to know about PashtoScoop’s new hire onboarding process. As part of our onboarding process, you may go through a background check where local law permits such checks.
